Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges – Rugged Co.

All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges must be submitted via email to support@ruggedco.com.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 28 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 28 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased as part of a bundle (individual items from bundles cannot be returned separately)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Items not returned in their original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned without original packaging

    Refunds

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

    If approved:

    • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

    • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed

    Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item, please contact support@ruggedco.com.

    • Exchanges must be requested within 28 days of delivery

    • Items must be in original condition and packaging

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

    • Sale items are not eligible for exchange


    Damaged or Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact support@ruggedco.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

    To process a replacement we require:

    • Photo evidence of the packaging

    • Photo evidence of the product

    If we are not contacted within 14 days, we may be unable to process a replacement.


    Faulty Items

    If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact support@ruggedco.com.

    Please include:

    • Photos or video evidence of the fault

    A replacement will be provided if the issue is confirmed and the item is within the warranty period.


    Warranty

    All Rugged Co. hardware products are covered by a 12-month warranty.

    If you experience any issues with eligible products within this period, please contact our support team and we will assist with a replacement or resolution.


    Order Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order, please email support@ruggedco.com as soon as possible.

    Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped or assigned a tracking number.
